A. First, son and daughter can not claim any maintenance.
if its his self earned plot then he can do anything with it.
But you can file DV case to claim maintenance+residence+penalty.
You can ask court for order so he can not sell the plot without paying your maintenance.

A. a daughter by second women is adultery and its pure evidence.
Live-in is not legal marriage but having daughter makes it strong reason to deny AB.
You can get evidence with heavy penalty.
Thats also punishment.

A. Hi,
The husband cannot sell matrimonial house or joint properties without the consent of the wife. But if the property is self-acquired by the husband then he can dispose it as he likes without the consent of the wife.

A. Why do you want to follow this path of filing a declaration suit. You can apply for registry of marriage with the registrar even post marriage and get this done faster and quicker.

If you want divorce, you can consult your wife and can take divorce on mutual consent.
However, if she disagrees, you can file a petition for divorce under any other ground of divorce.
Although, you can also seek restitution of conjugal rights from court.
Along with all this, you can claim visitation rights to meet your child.
