A. The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act,2007,as amended up to date has been enacted to provide financial security, welfare and protection for senior citizens so as a son you are legally bound to bear the maintenance cost of your parents and if in future they are unable to maintain themselves, they can claim upto Rs 10000/ per month from their children per month.

A. Dear client,
Filling a General diary with your local Police Station against your sister-in-law of the incident will be the best option for now. If possible record all conversations (voice, chat, email, letters, etc.) with those threatening and keep the originals in a safe place. It is advised not to produce the original evidence before anyone.
Thank You

A. Dear Client
For these kinds of familial issues there are no codified direct laws which can guide you on what to do. Such situations are handled either by talking and discussing with the person or to take that person for a counselling.

A. Dear Client
Your question does not have any legal query and on assumption it is difficult t answer the question. At max what can be said is that if your relatives are worried for you then they might file case or complaint of missing person with the local police.

A. Dear Client
What your husband is asking for is little too much and ideally you can discuss the matter with him and get this sorted out. If you wish to go legally then you are left with one choice to file a case of restitution of conjugal rights under which an order can be passed by the court asking him to allow you to stay with him.

A. Dear Client
This will be a herculean task for you unless the birth was registered with the local authorities. If it was registered then you can apply for the duplicate copy by paying whatever charges they require but if it was not registered then you will have to knock the door of the court with all valid documents.

A. Dear Client,
First of all the government has just came up with this idea to increase the marriageable age of girls and it will take some time before it becomes a law following the due process of debate in parliament and approval by the President of India. So, you can go ahead with the planned marriage without any fear or doubt.
Even if you marry against the upcoming law the marriage will not be void as per the existing laws today.

A. Dear Client
your case and matter is a bit complicated and it is suggested that you fix an appointment with a lawyer to discuss all these at length and find a solution. Yes your brother can file a case for divorce if the matrimonial life is not going as per the wish.

A. Dear Client,
As per the Hindu Law one cannot marry a relative who belong to the same SAPINDA. Sapinda is something which links the ancestory of the person as if they come from the same stock (PINDA). You check with your local traditions and rules whether you and the girl will fall into the same sapinda or not. If not then you can marry.
