A. Hi,
Sapinda relationship with reference to any person extends as far as the third generation (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the mother side and five generations in the line of ascent through the father side. So, this falls under the ambit of sapinda relationship.

Even if RCR is decreed there would be no benefit to you because Court cannot force your wife to continue marital life. Better withdraw RCR case and file divorce case in your interest and after getting divorce start new life if interested.
FDP Decree and will of some portion to other person
