A. Dear Client,
As per Hindu succession act, 1956, If father dies without making will his property is distributed among class 1 heirs which include mother and son in equal amount. Same goes with your case you and your mother will equally inherit yours property.

A. Hi, if you don't receive a reply to the legal notice regarding marriage problems (Restitution of Conjugal Rights) under section 9, then the aggrieved party can approach the Court for restitution of conjugal rights. This will take the procedure forward.
