A. What was the outcome of the DC? If there is any adverse order did she should prefer an appeal before CAT/SAT challenging the order of DC. If no order has been passed by DC, she should file a writ petition before the high court.

A. It is injustice and unethical for me or for any advocate to advice a working wOman-daughter-in-law to file a domestic violence complaint against her mother-in-law for remaining in a house belonging to her.against teh wishes of that mother-in-Law. It is your husband`s responsibility to provide shelter to you and your daughters and not of your mother-in-law.

A. First you have to collect the documents to claim your property/land and approach the concerned local authority for incorporating heirs name, as required by them you have to apply in the prescribed form, however it is better to consult a property professional lawyer of your area to guide & help you on all aspects of the issue of ownership and protect your interest quickly.
