A. Dear client there is no such any licence or criteria for prostitutions.but there is law for controlling over this unlawful practice of prostitutions and sex workers.kindly readout the sex workers is the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) ACT of 1956. i am sure your all doubts will clear.

A. What was the outcome of the DC? If there is any adverse order did she should prefer an appeal before CAT/SAT challenging the order of DC. If no order has been passed by DC, she should file a writ petition before the high court.

A. you can take up the issue for recognition not penalty involve the other agencies are responsible for recommending recognition, it is a long drawn course of action, you can move through recognised NGOs & recommending agencies.
