Remote Nueral Monitoring & V2K Technology is a Mind Control Technology- Legal case against it
2 years ago
Sir,
Remote Nueral Monitoring & V2K Technology is a Mind Control Technology. I.e. technology that handles all of the brain and body organs through the computer. Significant people in India have been affected by this technology. It is not clear how many. This is a technology based problem. So the victim cannot prove this to anyone as evidence. And not all victims are fully aware that they are affected by this technology. Victims will not have 100% privacy. So the victims cannot go to work. Can't get married and start a family. So the victims are often in serious economic trouble. Also the brain and body organs of the victims can be attacked by the computer at any time by the perperator. So understanding this as an important social issue, if any of the service-minded lawyers sue in the High Court or the Supreme Court, it will be the greatest help to the country. Contact me anytime in the email if you have any questions.

Forcing an individual to such methods of investigation violates the scheme of legal process, it said, adding that even if a person is subjected to such a mode of investigation on consent, the result of the test cannot be an admissible piece of evidence.

A.Hi,
The apex court said that involuntarily subjecting an accused, a suspect or a witness to such techniques violates Article 20 (3) of the Constitution, which prohibits self-incrimination. However, it is upon the prosecuting lawyer to prove the onus of such events.
