A. Hi,
You can't sue her for that. That is not an offense and if you had any losses, you can file for compensation but that is also subject to some conditions. Generally, this is not an offense.

A. Hi,
You can file a police complaint. There are various statutes for the protection of senior citizens. If it is proven that he has been treating them badly, he will be prosecuted. You can approach the court.

A. Since the offense has been committed by your friend and there is no concept of vicarious liability in criminal matters therefore unless you had the intention of getting the girl harassed is proved you would not be liable for any penal action although there is no bar in filing appropriate case of criminal conspiracy against you if the collusion is primarily made out. A. Hello
You cannot be seperated legally until and unless you obtain a divorce decree from the court. Til then if you want to go for IVF you would be requiring your husband. That is you cannot remove your husband name till then. Still you could ask your lawyer to provide you with case no. Which you could provide with the IVF clinic to ahow that your divorce case is still going on.

Immediately you may inform the police and always keep your mobile to record such conversations to avoid future complications. If he commits suicide then police may take you into custody and interrogate.

You can raise this issue to the school management. Since this is internal examination, and it's the duty of college to fix the exam date, they have to give a proper explanation about this and if you are not satisfied you can approach the court.

A. Where have you read or seen that all the schools including the private schools and the school where your daughter is studying is suppose to provide free schooling to such children. First of understand the provisions properly and then raise the requests to the school authorities otherwise they will unnecessarily pinpoint you.

Within one year of the marriage it can be annulled if proper evidence is produced before the Family Court that marriage was not done with free consent of the girl. Immediately get file police complaint and approach Family Court for annulment of marriage.

College not issuing leaving certificate after graduation
Sir I complete my graduation in 2009, and now I am looking for further study, so I apply leaving certificate, but College is refusing and told me no leaving certificate is providing after graduation.

A. Dear Sir,
First get know the procedure. Normally such certificate will be sent to the other institution if you admit. Normally there cannot be any Leaving Certificate after graduation. If you join another University then you have to get Migration Certificate from your previous university.
