A. Firstly donot blame judiciary by saying that order was managed. Court cannot be managed if your sister had put her case properly. Details are required to be examined. Your sister can stay in the house which is her matrimonial house. She can also demand maintenance for herself and her children from husband including appropriate accommodation for residence.

Complain to the police for defamation and outraging a woman's modesty under Sections 499, 500, and 509 IPC. The cyber police can help in tracking his location. The social media platforms can ban him if there is sufficient proof of wrongdoing.

A. Hi,
You can file a complaint with the police for criminal intimidation under Sections 503 & 506 IPC, and extortion under S.383 IPC. Making false claims are punished under S.209 IPC. A civil suit for malicious prosecution can also be instituted against him.
