NOT GETTING SALARY LAST TWO MONTHS NOT GETTING SALARY LAST TWO MONTHS

Sir, I am working in an institution as a Teacher last 3 years approx. Due to this lockdown we are not getting salary from the month Nov and Dec. and from the month of June to Oct we are only getting Half salary. Managment had refused to give the salary due to no fund in account as there is no fees deposited by the parents, but at the time of appointment there is no such issue or bond they had shown related to fees and our salary. Managment are asking for the fees and Principal had refused to ask fees from the parents. In between this both controversy we teachers are suffering alot. Is there any Procedure to give them a notice why they are not giving salary to their employee?

A.Hi,
You can serve them with legal notice to re-pay the amount owed. If they do not respond, you can file a civil suit for money recovery.
