A. You have to file civil suit for Royalty. This might not comes under any copyright violation ( Already you send files for publication), only breach of contract.
1) I had translated three books from Sanskrit into English and Tamil and had given the digital files to a publisher in chennai in March 2019 ? what is/are terms for publication and compensation? do you have mail chain? what compensation you agreed?
