The claims the company seems to be bringing you against you seem bogus. You can file a complaint in the police station against them if they continue to harass you. However, if there were terms in their company policy stating that you couldn't use your personal electronic items for professional use, then there may be an issue. Please look at the terms and conditions of the company and act accordingly, i.e., if you have acted wrongly then you can consult a lawyer.

A. Take a follow up with the organisation for some time and still if they don't give your payment and amount is too big than issue them a legal notice through lawyer and still if they don't reply or comply in 15 days than if you want further you may file a complaint with labour commissioner of your concerned area.

A. Hi,
Usually when an employee resigns, they would have to pay the buy-out amount or just serve the notice period as mentioned by the job contract. However, you may not leave until you fufilled the criteria. Currently. you can refer the matter to the company itself and try to work out a negotiation.

But most of data entry jobs are frauds.
Did you paid anything to start work ?
