A. If there was content which was illegal when you developed that website then you become liable.
Understand this way, If client asks you to buy and bring knife to murder then service provider is also guilty.
if client purchase any simple knife from shop then shopkeeper is not guilty.

1. They will have to serve a fresh letter to your new address.
2. You can look through it once they serve it to your new residence.
3. If you fall within the definition of a workman under the Industrial Disputes Act, you can approach the labour Court for relief. Alternatively, you can file a civil suit.

A. Hi,
The clause in the employment agreement usually states "ninety days' written notice or three (3) months' gross salary in lieu thereof". Therefore if you are willing to pay the company should not raise any objections.

No, they have no right to call you and harass you. If it does happen, you can make a complaint to the cyber police cell. A complaint can also be filed for cheating and fraud.
You can ignore any emails or calls you will get from them, as they cannot ask you to pay any money to them.
