I have a new tenant .He want to business in my premises .My premises is not commercial.What to do ! Can my tenant apply for trade licence.if it is not commercial premises?What are the consequences?


A. Without landlords permission a tenant cannot indulge in any kind of commercial activity. Incase he indulges in any and you are made liable then you are entitled for all the damages and compensation.
