Are they not paying you the compensation for the land that is acquired or not passing just the rehabilitation and resettlement benefits. If they are not paying you the compensation then you certainly can raise a concern to the authorities against it.

Section 143 of the U.P.Zamindari abolition ad Land Reforms Act, which authorises the Assistant Collector/SDM of the area to change the nature of a land from agricultural to residential. So, if the nature has been changed then what stops you from getting is mutated?
If the land is in your name then go ahead and get it mutated.

As per the facts which had been provided, if it has been mentioned in the written agreement that one month notice period needs to be served then the owner cannot on his own state that notice of 45 days has to be served as this is not legally correct.
