icon Documents for Commercial Rental Agreement

My landlord is asking for my GST certificate copy to provide me the Rental Agreement. I have already submitted my Aadhar card and Certificate of Incorporation copy to him plus the Pancard. Is GST man

A. Dear Client,
If you are taking a commercial place on rent then the landlord is going to apply the GST charges on the rent which you will have to pay. If you do not have the GST certificate then it does not matter he can go ahead and charge the same but if you have the GST certificate then you can take the input credit benefit on this.

Mutation stay kaise karwaye

A. Dear client,
You can write a letter to the Land and Revenue Officer in order to get a mutation stay. In case you still do not get a mutation stay despite sending the land and revenue officer the details then you file a case against the officer and make the person who is doing mutation a proforma party.
Thank you.

A. You need to be careful with this situation as mostly the landlords do not repay the security deposit and also in your case he is asking for painting and polishing the floor, which is too much.
If he is not paying you the security deposit in few days then send him a legal notice to recover that.
yes what he is asking you is unfair unless it was mentioned in the rent agreement.

You may send a legal notice of eviction since asper the rent and tenancy laws in India, the landlord can evict the tenant if he has not paid the rent that is due. If the legal notice is not acknowledged, then a case can be pursued against such an individual.

Aap ke dawara agar kiraya nhi diya jaa raha tab aap galti kar rahe hhai.Vah aap se paisa arthat kiraya vasul karne ke liye aap ke khilaf legal steps utha sakta hai. Or aap se makan khali karne ke liye case file kar sakta hai.
Aap ke pass ko vikalp nhi bachne ka.
Aap apne land lord ko kiraya ada kar de. Yahi sahi hai.
