The deed must contain the portion and the schedule details of the land being bought. Kindly check the plan portion in the deed. Every details of property registration are being recorded in the office of the respective BLRO or corporation/municipality/ Land registration department online.
Kindly verify the same. It would be better if you contact an advocate who expertise in property and registration matters for the validity of your land purchase.

As it is mentioned in the contract the tenant has to inform atleast 1 month before the eviction. And it is not even 15 days that you can pay 50% of security deposit it was only 6 days. Therefore you can reply back to their suit or you can also file a suit against them.

2. He shall be liable to pay the damages. If not, you can deduct it from the security deposit.
3. If not completely, it is his responsibility to return the possession of the house in the same condition as you had given.
