I have a new tenant in my premise?Will i have to handover the keys to tenant or the tenant will add a new lock on his own?What is the general step during rent agreement?


A. Dear Sourav,
No issue , your interest may be places in agreement ,either of the point of key and lock, it can be urs or the tentang. No issue. State a clause of such , or generally tenant use his own lock and key bcz, you have tenancy period and denewale time period, so no issue.

A. Without landlords permission a tenant cannot indulge in any kind of commercial activity. Incase he indulges in any and you are made liable then you are entitled for all the damages and compensation.
