A. dear client in your matter It depends upon case to case high court to court and j even udge to judge to judge also.However in case of a urgent and genuine case, u can file an application for early hearing if there is no date of hearing and if it is rejected then move supreme court for a direction to high court for early disposal of the case.

A. dear client in your matter In the present situation you need to get his stay quashed from the High court only. District court has no power to override the order of the High Court because of hierarchy.
