Illegal termination of employment during pregnancy
My friend’s employer chose to terminate her employment citing some month old email as the acceptance of resignation which was never tendered. This was done after they got to know of the pregnancy.

Your friend can serve legal notice to that company for fraudulently terminating her job and ask them to re admit her to her Job. If they did not consider it then you can take this matter to Labour court.

You can file the complaint against the school authorities. As per law, it is the right of every women who is pregnant can seek maternity leave without any deductions in the salary. No one in the organisation is allowed to deduct the salary.

A. Hi,
You are entitled to claim maternity benefit as it will be stressful to you and your baby if you are overworked. Serve them with legal notice requesting the same.

A. Hi,
The maternity benefit is offered only to females. A member is qualified to avail of this benefit if: She has paid at least three monthly contributions within the 12-month period immediately preceding the semester of her childbirth or miscarriage.
