A. Maternity leave permitted or sanctioned following statutory provision of relevant law so salary or dues cannot be withheld in any circumstances.
As regards your resignation serving 3 months notice, you are not entitled for the same as you render no service during the notice period.
You may reach out to Inspector school of the district for redressal of grievance

A. In my humble suggestion, it is possible for you to take the extended three months leave without being paid for the said period. In case the employer does not agree and terminates you, the Labour Commission can be approached in order to resolve the issue.
