A. Hello Sir
Your bike would be released once you have paid all the fine and your case is cleared from the court. Also the friends family would be given insurance amount as decided by the insurance company. Also if you want to go abroad you'll have to take prior permission from the court and if your passport is seized then you cannot go.

You may lodge complaint with police, if already lodged then get charge sheet filed. Normally it will be treated as minor traffic offence and they will set at free on payment of nominal fees unless you pressurized for putting IPC offences in the charge sheet.
