a MVC case is filed on me in 02/2020 but I still not received Summons maybe due to corona.
But Insurance company received summons and started case.
I am worried if court will pass order against me and I have to pay lot of money.

A.Dear Sir,
Please get check Court records about status and it is better to voluntarily appear before the court.

A.until and unless you get summons there will not be judgement against you.
but if you dot attend after getting summons then only it will be problem.
You wait to get summons.

A.From 18th march courts are not functioning properly and police is also on duty. Court are taking only urgent matter. If you are party then you may join the proceeding.

A.Hi,
Until you don't receive a summon then courts cannot impose a fine on you at all. If the insurance company received a request then it is because of their promptness you do not need to be worried in this case.

A.If you have not received the summon then court can never pass a judgement against you rest assured unless the court is sure about the receipt of the summon.
Many a times the insurance companies receive it fast due to the reason that lot of cases keep getting filed against them and advocates and lawclerks do proper follow up with them too for faster resolution or settlement for the claimant so that the deceased family get some compensation as early as possible
