My father was a defence pensioner and after retirement from the military..he was employed in West Bengal Police. Last year, he died on Duty...and then we applied for pension.. Military and Police.The

A. Dear Sir,
You have to go to the High Court or Service Tribunal to get a direction to the State Government to give tension along with pension given by military authorities. Pension is not a bounty as observed by Hon’ble Supreme Court as such you are entitled for both pensions.

A. Dear Sir,
If FIR is closed it deems that you have not involved in any criminal case. Police Clearance Certificate will be issued to your get Government job. Be careful in future so that your name not appears in any police records.

A. Hi,
The police clearance certificate can be issued for any person. If anyone has a record of arrest, conviction and criminal proceedings, it will reflect it. In your case, it is a conviction so the certificate will show a conviction record.
