My passport verification failed - as Pollice mentioned there is Case filed - when asked who has filed - they mentioned no name or case number is showing in their data. What should I do?

As per the information you have metioned , It is suggested to you that If you haven’t done anything that is under the scanner of your state police’s Special Branch department, then get relaxed and be a good citizen by co-operating/informing/approaching Higher Authorities if the police personnel who is assigned to verify you harasses you.
Do not be confused about the procedure. Gain knowledge and use to visit higher authorities if needed.
