A. Dear client,
If your father has received an income tax notice for a default, it could potentially affect his assets. However, whether this impacts your assets depends on several factors, such as the nature of the default, the legal ownership of the assets, and any financial transactions between you and your father. A. Dear client,
To resolve the disturbances from children at a nearby hostel, first reach out to the hostel management to discuss the issues and suggest solutions such as setting up designated play areas or specific times for activities. If this doesn’t work, arrange a community meeting to gain support, involve local authorities if needed, and explore legal options for ongoing issues. Hope our prompt support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

A. Dear Client
If the club has posted your photo without taking your consent then you have all the rights to ask him to delete or remove the photos from the public domain as that would certainly mean that your privacy has been invaded.
In case the club is not listening to you then send them a legal notice through a lawyer to get the photos removed.
Please get in touch with Vidhikarya team to proceed with the legal notice.

In case of false and malicious legal notices, you can refute it by sending counter legal notice and demand them to stop the false claims and threatens. Further, if the issue escalates, you can also take a legal action by filing a civil suit against the apartment association for the charges of harassment and defamation.
