A. Hi,
Since you have married under the muslim personal laws, then the muslim laws will apply accordingly. As per the Muslim Personal Law the mother is entitled only to the custody of the person of her minor child up to a certain age according to the sex of the child but all other purpose father is the legal guardian. However, you can file a case of domestic violence against him and a case of sexual harassment against the father in law.

See children playing on the public road is something that you can't stop and even if you want to stop no body or authority is going is going to listen to you no.1 its a public place and open to all and no. 2 they are children who will make noise while playing. A. Hi,
Since you had already lodged a complaint with the municipal, if you see an encroachment and want to proceed the legal way, you should approach the court for an order of injunction as per Order 39 (rules 1, 2 and 3) and claim the damages.
