Complaint against road encroachment.

I lodged a complaint regarding encroachment of 40ft road to municipal authorities. But municipal authorities gave my contact details to them who are encroaching road by 6ft

A.Hi,
Since you had already lodged a complaint with the municipal, if you see an encroachment and want to proceed the legal way, you should approach the court for an order of injunction as per Order 39 (rules 1, 2 and 3) and claim the damages.

A.Hi,
You can give a written complaint to the Municipal Commissioner. The Land Acquisition and Revenue departments will investigate the issue. Executive Engineers have to inspect the spot and file a report. If the report confirms encroachment, a notice is sent to the encroacher.

A.Report the matter to police and seek protection.

A.Sir first you file a application to competent authority. And after this no solution did by competent authority. You may file a civil suit angaist opposite party and nigar nigam.
