My Ex-Boyfriend has been harassing me for past 2 years, and he is blackmailing me to be with him and behave as he wants me to, else he will share my intimate content to my family and friends and spoil my life and Career. I do not want to include my family in this but I want him to stop blackmailing me. He keeps on abusing me and my family.

A.There are special dedicated toll-free helpline numbers for women in distress by the Police Authorities. You have to check in your locality and approach them and lodge your complaint with them. You need to do this at the earliest.

A.Hey,
If threats are real and if he really has some content related to you which you object to then you can file a FIR in the police station under section 354 of the IPC. But if you don't want family involved then you can just tell him about FIR that might stop him from harassing you but as he has some content of yourself which you comfortable then you should file for FIR so that he does't use that content to harm you.
