Nuisance created by children on road. Nuisance created by children on road.

My mother is a patient of hypertension, blood sugar, thoiroid and many other blood problems. She gets irritated when children continue to play extremely loudly on road in front of house, even when asked not to do so.
What can do to stop this along with calling 100(when cops try to ignore the issue) , cause it's nobody's legal right to make noise on road.

A.See children playing on the public road is something that you can't stop and even if you want to stop no body or authority is going is going to listen to you no.1 its a public place and open to all and no. 2 they are children who will make noise while playing. You got to tackle with this with your own tactics and strategy rather than going legal.

A.Hi,
Under section 290 IPC public nuisance is punishable. You can file a complaint if it is a public matter, but you cannot claim right under private nuisance.
