A. Dear Client,
You may give GOA to any of your blood relations in order to mutation the property you have purchased. You must register it with the tahsildar's office. Although it is not required to have the property transformed in your name, you may do it whenever you have the time.

RWA cannot, in general, restrict the movement of (all) people who are permitted to enter by the inhabitants. Some persons, such as hawkers, servants, and sellers, may be excluded, but there must be a rule in place that is agreed upon by all. You can go to the concerned department's Deputy Secretary, the Civil Court, or the High Court.

Simply visit the Higher Revenue Officer and request a change of Katha in your name based on the partition deed. A Sale Deed that hasn't been registered isn't valid. Let us know if you require any further clarifications.

You can get probate even if you don't have a will. That child's property rights cannot be taken away just because he was living with his mother. You didn't say whether or not your uncle had made and published a Will. Please consult a lawyer.
