Dispute over a joint property Dispute over a joint property

My father left a Will for two legal heirs. He clearly divided the house between the two apartments of the house in the Will which has been probated by Honorable court already. There is a binding in the Will for taking consent of each other before selling each portion of the inheritance. I’m one of the legal heirs working in Singapore now. But my brother has been trying to rent out the whole house/both of our portions in my absence.
Are there legal workarounds /laws to sell my portion of the inheritance after I get mutation for my portion done?
Please advise.

A.Dear client, your brother cannot rent out the whole property which also contains yours without your consent. After the mutation you will not get the ownership of the property but only merely for payment of land revenue. Even though you've inherited the peroperty you have to sell it after taking conent from your brother as it is bound by will.

A.Dear Sir,
You may immediately file a suit for permanent injunction against your brother restraining him from dealing with your portion of property. Further you may issue newspaper ad clarifying the same and also display on the walls of your portion of house accordingly.
