A.Dear client, you can build whatever you want in your private property. If you are living in a municipality area you have to take municipality or development authority permission for building a additional rooms on the terrace.

A.Dear Client,
Without following the procedures and obtaining permission from the municipal authority that approves the building plan conversion of an open terrace into a room along with a bathroom makes your construction an unauthorized construction and also changes the Schedule of the property as mentioned in the Deed of conveyance making the document infructuous. So, before the construction of the room on the terrace, you have to obtain NOC from the Municipal Authority and advice from a property lawyer for guidance and steps considering the complexity involved in the matter.

A.Dear Sir,
It depends upon various factors and contents of building sanction order. Get all the necessary documents and construction rules from the local authority then approach local advocate and get appropriate legal advise.
