parking Issue

I have a slit parking in my apartment, however people use this as pass by though they have a dedicated exit. this is causing damage to my car and two wheeler parked. Had given written complaint to society who blocked the passage by putting a grill blockage, but this is now getting challenged my other members.

A.Dear client, if the issue hasn't been resolved amicably there is a legal aid for you under section 283 of ipc. It deals with Danger or obstruction in public way or line of navigation. And also can file s complaint under sec 339 of ipc for wronful restraint.
