A. As per your question if there is mistake int he dalil (sale deed) then it is to be understood that the property has not been transferred legally and either the sale deed has to be corrected or you can claim the unsold property. Secondly as you have mentioned that your uncle sold your grandfathers property I think he cannot do that as your father and even you will have rights in that. You can speak to me and seek all advice that you want.
