You may approach the Dept of Co-operative Societies then to High Court.

But want to know whether is their any rule which apply on within one year property.

A.kindly ask them to provide the societies rules and regulations manual and check whether such rule as being subjugated to you by them is incorporated there or not.

Yes, it's there. But others societies are not having such laws.

Then it is to be checked whether co operative society laws are clashing with the by laws of such society where your property is.
