A hindu married woman. Can she claim her dad's property after she have signed some noc documents to her brother? Her father died after 2005.

She may claim her right inspite of NOC given by her provided she ought not to have executed any registered document like release deed/relinquishment deed/gift deed. Get issue a legal notice through me claiming equal partition in the capacity of co-parcerner and thereafter file a suit for partition.

A.File partition suit against your brother and all the legal heirs of your late father.The property of your father will divided equally among all the legal heirs.U claim your share as per partition law
