Sir, I m looking for a property ,which seller family consist of father,mother,4 son, 2 married daughter's(expired on 2002). ownership is in name of father (expired on 1983), Patta is in name of elder son . They have not included their daughters name in Legal heir certificate. 1) Can I buy that property without signature of expired daughter's family? 2) can daughter's family claim their share in property? 3) What documentation should I do before buying property to be on safer side ?? Note ,: Seller strictly deny for signature of daughter's children . Plz suggest the solution

A.Dear Sir,

You need personal counsel to clarify all the above issues otherwise there will be risk in buying the property. Produce all the documents before your local lawyer. Family heir certificate needs to be disclose the names of daughters also.
