icon Tenant issue

I rented my flat for an agreement of 2years. The agreement ended on April, 21. The tenant has not paid rent for 6 months & now wants waiver of 2 months rent or else threatening not to vacate the room.

A. Dear Sir,
It is wise to take post dated cheque in respect of 2 months rent and get him vacated other wise if matter goes to court it will take 2-3 years time.

A. Hi,
A father's property may be divided, transferred, gifted, or left via will, to anyone he wishes. You should persuade your father to transfer the property into your name because you were the one who supported and cared for him. If your father willingly gives you the land, your brothers cannot claim a share of it.

A. You should have asked for property to be re-registered with 1/3 share on your name.

Bank have right over property.
You can file an suit to get injunction order for your share so when property will be auctioned then you will be paid your share.

Otherwise you can pay the dues. You can even get property by winning in auction and then claim 1/3 share but its clumsy.
