Neighbours windown opened in my land and when we were constructing out building

Our neighbours has opened the window in our land and when we were constructing out buildings they have complained and our work has been stop and 144 has been imposed on our building and it has been more tha 1.5 yr we have not started any work.

A.have to see how the window of neighbor is affecting construction in your plot.
you dont have approvals for construction ?

A.Hi,
You can file a suit before the high court for judicial review of the administrative order passed in the nature of 144 CrPC. If you feel that the construction is not harmful and not an imminent threat to public safety then you can proceed as above.

A.Hi,
S. 144 CrPC is imposed when there is an imminent threat to public safety. However you can file a suit before the high court for the judicial review of such an administrative order in an attempt to resume construction.
