HI All,
I am buying a flat in apartment and i want your suggestion for the same.
The flat is ragisterted with two name - seller(A) & his wife(B).
Seller is present here but, His wife is not in the city, she is staying in Malaysiya and she gave the GPA to her husband(A).
She got the GPA from high commission and it also registered in ragistar office shivaji nagar bangalore.

Should i buy this flat ?
Please tell me the associated risk for same.

A.Hi,
Yes you can buy this flat as legal formalities of the flat are fulfilled. if in case of joint owner of the property, one person is not available other person can proceed with sale deed with his consent.

A.Hi,
The POA has been duly executed and registered as per the rules. You can proceed with the sale deed and buy the flat.

A.If the Power of Attorney is registered and mentions of providing authority to her husband for signing on her behalf for sale of flat than you are good to go but still I suggest you get the Power of Attorney reviewed from a lawyer.
