According to settlement deed we have got 1.68acre in one servey number. But in A register we have 1.33 acre. Settlement deed done on 1965. A register done on 1984.
Unknowingly we sold 50 cents to someone in the same servey number in last year. Can we get 1.68-1.33=35cents of land back

A.Hi,
You can first raise your question with the Revenue Inspector who will re-measure your land. You can also visit the Registrar's office and file a complaint.
