Can a dental clinic be set up in a leased residential place

I have a rented /leased residential ground floor premise which I wish to convert 30% into dental clinic . What documents and licenses should I obtain ??

A.first you have to take approval from landlord to have commercial activities.

A.Hi,
You cannot run commercial establishment in a residential complex. You will be charged commercial charges for electricity, water and other charges.

A.Hi,
You cannot run a dental clinic from a rented residential premise. The society will not allow it. Also the owner will be charged commercial property, water and electricity charges.
