A. You can file an application before police for fraud and forgery ,and get all the documents related to the property and get the mutation canceled on ground of fraud

You will have to file a suit for adverse possession and show that you have been in uninterrupted use and possession of the property for longer than 12 years. You can then get new documents created.

A. The limitation for challenging a sale deed is expired however u can file an application for condo nation of delay and the court has the discretion either to condone the delay or reject it .However u can also approach in appeal if your delay application gets dismissed .

Since this is the ancestral property of an undivided joint family, you all have equal right over the property. After you divide it among yourselves, it will cease to be an ancestral property.
You can go to court for such division.

A. Hi,
According to Indian law, a daughter has a right to equal share in the property of her father, even if she is his step-daughter. According to the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act 2005, daughters have the same right as sons to their father's self-acquired property, if he dies intestate, that is, without a will. The property will be divided equally among all legal heirs.
