icon village house border dispute

Dear Sirs/ Madams, we are living in a village in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Recently we have a problem with our neighbors about a mango tree problem which is very much close to our wall and the root

A. Hi,
Complain to the police about nuisance under Section 268 IPC. You can then get a Court order to have the tree removed citing safety concerns.
File a suit for declaration of title to have the Court determine who the lawful owners are. Your neighbor can be prosecuted for making false claims under Section 209 IPC.

icon Property Transfer

My father wants to transfer one home from his name to mine as inheritance for me. What is the best way to execute it? Gift deed or settlement deed?

A. Hi,
It is better for you to exercise a gift deed in this case. Also, the consent of all the sibling is required if the father wants to gift property to only one of his son.

If you like my answer, please give a good review.

A. If u have filled an eviction suit and is pending in the court u will have to wait for its final decision. If u want a speedy hearing ask ur counsel to file urgent hearing application on some bonafide ground ,usually civil cases do take some time to be finally decided. The role of police does not comes here as firstly this is a civil matter and the matter is pending in the court of law.The police will not interfere ,so have patience until the final decision comes.plz rate me if u find this helpful.
