A. The terms of lease and nature of property will be taken into consideration. Approach Civil Court and start putting up Shed. He cannot do anything as you are in possession. Get injunction order showing already existing shed.

A. From your question it seems that the father specifically wanted his son to have the right to live in that property and did not give the right of alienation, meaning right to sale, in this case the son will have to check if there is any possibility that the property devolves to him by any method of succession or survival of all legal heirs.
Through this will ( by probate) it is not possible to seek the right to own and alienate this property.

A. You have to say that they are in possession less than 12 years otherwise their title will be perfected by way of adverse possession or you must say they are in permissive possession.

A. The right to live CANNOT be removed as it is already mentioned in the WILL by the Father & as the son is handicap his Rights are protected by law & his Parents.. As per your query this this right to live can be removed only after his death.
