There is a property which is transferred by father to his daughters through will also father mentioned in his will that his deaf and dumb son is entitled to live in property inherited by daughters. Also he mentioned in his will that his grand daughter(daughter's daughter) will see to it that his deaf and dumb son is taken care by his daughters. Want to know how this right to live can be removed.
A.The right to live CANNOT be removed as it is already mentioned in the WILL by the Father & as the son is handicap his Rights are protected by law & his Parents.. As per your query this this right to live can be removed only after his death.
