Land acquisition

My land was acquired by the Goa govt for construction of a cricket stadium in 2005. Subsequently that land was leased out to goa cricket association for 99 yrs by the government. I had raised objections wrt raising the compensations to 1800 rs. The next bjp government cancelled the lease deed and took back the land in 2013 . Till date I have not received any compensation which was awarded @rs 5 in 2007 .my property is 38000 sq mts and till date the land is barren agriculture land

A.You can challenge the acquisition proceeding praying to cancel the acquisition as the land was not used for the purpose it was acquired.

There is procedure for it the land acquisition officer as legal right to disburse amount you should have to make an application to land acquisition officer for disbursement
