A. When there is no actual movement then why would the association charge for movement? So, yes you ask the association not to charge.

A. You have rightly thought about cancelling the commercial unit due to the whole situation and then the uncertainties ahead. Even if the builder is cutting 15% of the amount do take the balance amount in hand..... as at least he is ready to give the balance amount which will be actually beneficial to you. You have made a wise decision.

A. If you haven't yet visited the Sub-Registrar office for registration of your property, it means registration is not yet completed. Registration needs to be done. There's a possibility. Contact Vidhikarya for giving lawyers notice.
