Is the housing project where you booked your flat is registered under RERA? In case it is a registered project under RERA, you should file a complaint against the Promoter/Builder along with your allotment letter for non-execution of Agreement to Sale on receipt of booking money and for unethical approach for changing the allocated flat.

A. Once the property is bought through loan, you are solely responsible for repayment of said loan in terms of the loan agreement. Financial Institutes cannot be stopped from the recovery of debt from loan receivers on the ground of property
for which loan was granted is subjudice now before a Court. Because at the time of approval of loan FI found the title of the property free of encumbrance. So your prayer for withholding of EMI cannot be granted on on objection of the concerned FI.

A. you need to make out a fresh rent agreement with the landlord including your name alongwith your father to be a co-tenant. Based on that agreement, rent receipt shall be issued in the name of co-tenant by the landlord

A. Make a written complaint to the BBMP for resolving the nuisance arising out of garbage dumping yard. It will be more effective if the complaint jointly with other residents who are suffering similar nuisance.
In case no action or reaction is noticed from BBMP then reach out to the office of Minister in chargge of Municipla Affairs and the Dist. Consumer Protection Council headed by Dist. Magistrate for a permanent resolution in the matter.

In case the BBA is not registered under Registration Act, ask your builder for the execution of a revised BBA with your full name instead of your partial name so that the final Deed of Conveyance in your full name may be registered. In case of refusal by Builder, reach out to concerned RERA office or the Office of District Consumer Protection Council headed by Dist. Magistrate to resolve your grievance asap preferably before registration of deed of conveyance.

Is the project is registered under RERA Act, 2016?
Is there any Schedule of Payment in the Agreement to Sale executed between you and the Builder/Promoter?
In absence of this informations, nothing could be suggested at the moment.
