A. Dear Client,

To address grievances with NEUGO bus services, start by serving them a legal notice. Then, utilize the e-daakhil portal to lodge an online complaint. These platforms facilitate mediation for grievance resolution. If mediation fails, escalate the complaint to the District Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act to seek compensation for harassment.

A. Dear client, if you have the certificate from the government hospital that you are fit for driving license then the RTO has to issue a driving license for you after all the required procedure has been done. If you want to prove that the certificate is original then go to the govt. hospital who issued the certificate and get a letter from the doctor regarding the issuance of certificate.
Even though the RTO is not accepting the certificate then your can file a writ petition in the high court.

Yes, you can. If you believe a traffic challan was wrongly issued, you have the right to dispute it. You’ll need to gather relevant evidence and file a complaint, usually online on the traffic police’s official website. The traffic authorities will then review your claim and make a decision.
